Lime Tree Primary School is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our vibrant Early Years team on a permanent basis, working 32.5 hours per week. Your Opportunity

As Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our nursery children. You'll play a vital role in shaping high-quality teaching, supporting child development, and working closely with families, staff, and external agencies. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real impact on young learners' lives while contributing to the wider vision and values of the school.

What we are looking for

Level 3 Early Years qualification GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English Up-to-date safeguarding training Strong Early Years teaching experience with current pedagogy knowledge Experience in nursery or school settings Confident leading and working within a team Skilled in using data to inform planning and drive improvement Knowledge of EYFS framework, child development, and statutory requirements Clear communicator with excellent planning and organisational skills Creative, adaptable, and child-centred approach Passionate, positive, and resilient with strong professional values Committed to supporting children with diverse needs, including SEN Strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards

Our School sits within a established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with , our cluster includes the following other schools; Southgate Primary School, Forge Wood Primary School, Kilnwood Vale Primary School, Greenway Junior School, Salfords Primary School and Merstham Primary School .
