Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to work within our Hethersett early years setting, working within our pre school room. The position will report to the Nursery Manager/Directors.

The position is term time only; part time, 2-3 days per week.
The hours and days are negotiable for the right candidate, this will be discussed during your interview.

The successful candidate lead the day to day operations of our 3-4 year old room whilst ensuring all the relevant legal requirements are met. The successful candidate will support the rest of the team with planning innovative activities for our children on a weekly basis and bringing these to life through play and engagement. The successful candidate will work as a job share alongside our other Room Lead that is already in position.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and conscientious individual. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be expected to model outstanding practice within the nursery and lead by example at all times. Applicants must also have thorough knowledge of the EYFS and will be committed to continuous professional development.

Hourly rate will be 12.80 - 13.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, to be reviewed after a successful probation period.
