Here at Willow Tree Nursery we have a very exciting opportunity and are recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Room Leader. We are an independent nursery setting with a family feel and a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of nursery staff members
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each child
- Communicate with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Collaborate with other nursery room leaders and staff to ensure smooth operations

To be successful at Willow Tree, Room Leaders will have:

- A level 3 qualification in Early Years' or above

- At least 2 years Early Years' experience

- Knowledge of Development matters and the EYFS

- A sound understanding of safeguarding and how to put this into place

- Experience of leading a team
