Baby Room Leader

to join our warm, nurturing, and creative nursery.


This is a

full-time leadership role

offering excellent opportunities for

. You'll lead our Baby Room, caring for children aged

3 months to 2 years

, supporting their early learning and development in a safe, inspiring, and loving environment.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and inspiring your own key group of babies, observing, recording, and celebrating their developmental milestones. Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating Baby Room environment each day. Supporting and mentoring your team, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and best practice. Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and Early Years practice are consistently maintained.

What we're looking for:

A

full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Childcare qualification

- ideally with leadership experience. A genuine

love of working with babies

, with energy, creativity, and enthusiasm. Knowledge of

Safeguarding, EYFS, and best practice in Early Years leadership

. The right to live and work in the UK. An

Enhanced DBS check

(we'll support you with the application). First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene training desirable - but we'll provide this if you don't yet have it. Early Years experience is preferred but not essential - if you've got the passion and drive, we'll support your development.
