About the Role

We're looking for a

Room Leader

to join our team in

Tidworth

. Reporting to the Centre Manager or Deputy, you'll lead the planning and delivery of engaging, inclusive sessions tailored to each child's needs. You'll also support and guide a team of Early Years Practitioners, ensuring high-quality practice and a nurturing environment every day.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

A confident, compassionate leader with Early Years experience Passionate about inclusion and supporting children with SEND Skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with families An empathetic listener who offers guidance without judgement Committed to teamwork and open communication Qualified at

NVQ Level 3

in Children's Care, Learning and Development (or equivalent), or currently working towards it
