We are looking for a

Room Leader

for our fantastic, unique nursery set in a peaceful, rural location in Whitchurch.

The Oak Tree Nursery School

is housed in three purpose-built, pavilion-style buildings in keeping with its rural environment. Lots of full-length windows allow children to enjoy the setting fully, while vaulted ceilings in all the rooms and soothing, natural colours and materials create a clean, bright and airy environment for both children and staff.

As

Room Leader

, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of your room, take responsibility for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff, and be approachable for parents and colleagues. You'll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained at all times.
