An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Room Leader to join a well-established nursery in Woodford. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and organised early years professional with experience leading a team and delivering outstanding care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of practitioners within your room Plan and implement engaging activities following the EYFS framework Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers Support the development and training of team members
Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding standards Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for creating positive early learning experiences
