Up to 30,000 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Your Role

As a Room Senior, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children's developmental needs Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards Monitor and celebrate children's developmental milestones Build strong, positive relationships with families Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

A full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification - essential Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator) Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare A commitment to delivering excellence in early years education
