Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO)
Reporting to the Nursery Manager to meet all children's individual needs using the Graduated Approach.
Working closely with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, parents, health visitors and ASENCO to plan meetings, referrals and funding for each SEND child.
Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for children with special educational needs.
Provide guidance on behaviour management techniques and support staff training.
Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.30 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
