to join our growing Multi-Nursery organisation. The successful candidate will support our Nursery Managers in delivering high-quality Early Years education across our settings. Working under our Senior Executive Leadership Team (SELT), you will lead on specific areas of the
Ofsted Early Years framework
, ensuring consistent excellence, strong safeguarding culture, and outstanding outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the SELT to drive high standards across all nursery settings.
Support Nursery Managers with day-to-day operational oversight and quality improvement.
Lead designated areas of the Ofsted Early Years framework (e.g., quality of education, behaviour & attitudes, personal development, leadership & management).
Monitor and evaluate practice, providing coaching, professional development, and targeted support.
Model exemplary EYFS practice and uphold a strong commitment to child development and welfare.
Support the implementation of Trust-wide policies, curriculum expectations, and improvement strategies.
Contribute to strategic planning, self-evaluation, and nursery development priorities.
Champion a positive team culture, ensuring staff feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
As part of this role, you will also contribute directly to Ofsted inspections, leading on your designated framework areas and supporting school leaders in presenting strong, consistent evidence of impact across the Trust.
About You
Significant experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the
EYFS statutory framework
and Ofsted Early Years requirements.
Proven ability to support, coach and develop staff.
A collaborative, reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
