Job Description
We are looking for a level 3 qualified childcare worker to join our friendly team. We are opening in a new location based in Llanedeyrn, looking for someone to come and join the fun. We provide care for children age 2+ and offer full day care & wrap around to school nursery.
We are looking for full time, qualified staff. We care about our staff and want to maintain a good home / work balance. You will be working full time hours between 08:00 and 17:30. You are not expected to come in early or stay late for free!
Responsibilities
Provide attentive care and supervision to children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote early childhood development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to explore and learn. Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth daily operations and support each other in leadership roles.
Qualifications
Level 3 qualified childcare worker Experience working with children in a nursery setting Strong background in early childhood education Excellent communication skills to engage with children and parents Ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills Proficiency in English; driving skills are a plus Prior experience in childcare or related fields is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50 per hour
