About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated

Qualified Nursery Practitioners

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a commitment to safeguarding, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support each child's learning and development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and welfare. Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Work effectively as part of a team and communicate positively with parents and carers.

Requirements

Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service

(essential). Up-to-date training in:

Safeguarding and Child Protection, Prevent Duty, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) Awareness, Online Safety / Cyber Security in Early Years

Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework. Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
