Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our award-winning Children's Nursery business at our setting in the beautiful High Peak village of Hayfield.

As a Nursery Support Assistant, you will work within our Central Support Team to undertake a range of business administration duties to support the effective operation of the business. This will include administration and maintenance of paper and digital records, monitoring standards and undertaking compliance checks, co-ordination of staff training and the administration of billing and Early Years Funding.

In addition, the successful candidate may be required to provide occasional cover for staff absence by working on-the-floor with children, alongside experienced childcare practitioners.

Candidates must:

Possess effective administration skills
Be computer literate
Have an organised and methodical approach to working, with high levels of attention to detail
Be well-presented, articulate and able to communicate well, both verbally and in written form
Be able to work well within a team and on their own
Be comfortable working with children in a childcare setting
Demonstrate warmth with children
Be flexible and undertake all tasks with a positive attitude
Be suitable to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance
This post is full-time, working five days Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 25,500.00 per year
