Nursery Support Worker
Job Description
We are looking for 1 full time support workers to join our team within our setting in Portlethen. This is Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm.
The candidates should be highly motivated and enthusiastic who wishes to pursue a career in child care and early education.
The successful candidate should be willing to undertake the social services children and young people level 3 qualification which is done in house with our training centre.
You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team ensuring the smooth running of the room on a daily basis.
You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain positive working relationships with staff, parents and carers. Essential qualities include a willingness to learn and develop, be creative with ideas, enjoy working as part of a team, be a great communicator, be self-motivated, support your colleagues, committed to inspire and support children to express their ideas and opinions through meaningful and challenging play.
