The Role :

Term Time only

15-30 Hours per week - School Hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Additional hours for bank work are sometimes available.

This Role will be working with a small group of children needing additional support or 1:1 at certain times of the day.

Shift times will be discussed within the interview. This role is available whilst we have inclusion funding coming in so may change in hours as time goes on.

Supporting a small group of children with different needs daily.

Supporting the nursery Management/Sen team, to meet the children's needs.

Completing Individual support plans.

Completing observations with the group.

Be able to support the room / team and Nursery with daily running of the nursery.

We are looking for a Team member who is passionate about supporting Children with additional needs and helping them to make progress whilst they are attending our setting.

As an Inclusion Support Worker, you'll work with children who have special needs or disabilities, helping them participate in nursery activities and ensuring they are fully supported with their ISP's. Your role will involve supporting the children and adapting learning materials to their unique needs to aid their academic and social development

For this role we are looking for someone who :

Is Qualified in Early Years, with early years experience

Has Special Needs Experience and Training.

Has a Clear DBS and References and on the Update service.

Has Understanding of the EYFS - Birth to five - Children's development.

Has a sound knowledge of safeguarding.

Ability to follow rules and procedures and be adaptable to routines.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
