Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Teacher or Level 3 Practitioner? Our outstanding nursery in Godalming is looking for a dedicated and creative individual to join our vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the early years education and development of the children in our care.

We are seeking either an experienced Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification or a Nursery Teacher who is committed to delivering the highest standard of child care and education through engaging, play-based learning.

### Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, exciting activities that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)framework.
Act as a Key Personfor a group of children, monitoring their progress, and building strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes each child's development and well-being.
Observe and assess children's learning and development, maintaining accurate records and learning journals.
Work without supervisionas part of a dedicated team, using your initiative to support children's individual needs and interests.
Work in partnership with the Nursery Managerand colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room and the wider nursery setting.
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.
### Essential Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce). For Teacher roles, relevant EYTS/PGCE/equivalent is required.*

Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or Nursery Teacher*.

A solid understanding and working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)*.

A genuine passion for child careand early childhood development.
Ability to work without supervisionand as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
### Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in a similar nursery setting.
Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Strong ability to plan engaging and educational activities.
A creative, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
