Summary

We are seeking an Engineering Team Leader to join our innovative team at Twizzle Tops Day Nurseries in the UK. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding educational experiences for children, ensuring that our facilities are safe, engaging, and conducive to learning.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure optimal operation of nursery facilities. Oversee maintenance and development projects within the nurseries. Collaborate with staff to create safe and stimulating environments for children. Implement engineering solutions that enhance educational opportunities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop training programs for staff on facility usage and safety protocols. Monitor budgets and resources related to engineering projects. Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering or facilities management context. Strong background in childcare or early childhood education is highly desirable. Excellent management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Relevant qualifications in engineering or facilities management preferred.
