The Role

As a

Room Leader

, you'll play a key role in shaping young minds and supporting your team to deliver exceptional care and education.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading your team

- motivating, guiding, and supporting colleagues to provide high-quality learning and care.

Delivering the curriculum

- planning fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Building strong parent partnerships

- keeping families informed and engaged in their child's development.

Creating safe, stimulating spaces

- ensuring inclusive, supportive environments for every child.

Championing quality

- reflecting on practice and driving continuous improvement.
About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about early years education and confident stepping into a leadership role.

You will need:

A recognised

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(or above) Hands-on experience in an early years setting Strong organisational and leadership skills A passion for motivating others and building positive relationships Excellent communication skills with children, colleagues, and parents Dedication to creating enriching learning opportunities every day
