Baby Unit Manager - The Heart of the Room!
Must have minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a room or be an experienced practitioner ready to take the next step in their career

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading your room with passion and purpose
Planning engaging, EYFS-aligned activities
Supporting and mentoring your team
Building strong, warm relationships with children and parents
Ensuring top-notch safeguarding and health & safety
What You'll Need:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Previous experience working in a nursery setting
Strong leadership and communication skills o A love for messy play, storytelling, and tiny triumphs!
