We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated Welfare Assistant to support in our Nursery setting at lunchtimes.

We are looking for a Nursery Welfare Assistant who:



Is able to supervise pupils' play activities during their lunchtime Is able to supervise the children eating at lunchtime Is able to organise and clean play equipment, ensuring safe storage Is able to oversee play activities to enhance pupils free time, encouraging valuable play experiences Is able to maintain standards of behaviour that comply with the school behaviour policy Is able to supervise the transition of pupils from internal to external areas Is able to develop play activities; plan activities on a session or daily basis Can prepare games and activities Is able to carry out general First Aid duties and attend training as required Can demonstrate own duties to new or less experienced staff
