Job Description

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. Perform clinical observations (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations) and escalate concerns. Administer vaccinations, including flu and baby immunisations, perform venepuncture, ECGs, and cervical screening. Support patients with long-term conditions, mental health needs, dementia, or learning disabilities.

Promote self-management and deliver NHS Health Checks. Health Promotion & Education Offer advice, health education, and signposting to local support services. Participate in public health initiatives such as flu clinics and smoking cessation campaigns. Professional Responsibilities Maintain accurate, timely patient records using clinical IT systems.

Adhere to clinical governance standards and participate in audits, reflective practice, and continuous professional development. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and integrated care delivery across health and social care settings. Organisational Responsibilities Work collaboratively within the MDT and communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues. Follow health, safety, and safeguarding protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
