Job Overview:
MPA Recruitment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Auxiliaries to join our experienced team in Craigavon and surrounding areas. This role is based in a hospital environment, offering flexible working hours and immediate start opportunities. You'll work closely with nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of personal care to patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist patients during mealtimes and accurately record food and fluid intake.
- Promote patient independence wherever possible.
- Provide mobility support and help ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain clean and tidy patient areas, including making beds.
- Build rapport with patients through effective communication, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable.
- Minimum of 6 months' paid experience in a similar healthcare role.
- Willingness to attend mandatory training courses.
- Commitment to completing Access NI checks.
- Health and Social Care qualification.
- Pay Rates: 12.21 - 22.34 per hour, depending on shifts.
- Weekly pay for convenience.
- Holiday allowance.

- Full-time and part-time hours available.
