About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN)

to lead and manage our Nursing Home in Ruislip. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical and operational care, driving compliance, and providing outstanding leadership to staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who has strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, and extensive experience managing nursing home services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of the Nursing Home. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards. Lead, mentor, and support staff to achieve excellent care delivery. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy to ensure financial sustainability. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Implement quality improvement plans and drive continuous service excellence.

Requirements

Active NMC PIN

- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).

Extensive experience as a Registered Home Manager

in a nursing home setting.

Registered Manager status / NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management

(or working towards). Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and service delivery effectively. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
