Salary:

Grade 8 - 31,586 pro rata (16.37 per hour)

31.25 hours a week - Monday to Friday

What You Need to Succeed


About The Role





We are looking for an experienced and dedicated practitioner to take the lead in establishing and running our new Nurture Room. This provision is designed to offer targeted and adapted support to children who struggle to fully access mainstream education.



Working alongside a team of Learning Support Assistants and supported by the Inclusion Lead and Leadership Team, you will lead on the planning, delivery, and assessment of both academic and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) lessons/interventions. Your role will be instrumental in helping pupils build the confidence, skills, and resilience needed to transition successfully back into their mainstream classroom.
