As part of the Consumers Products Division, you'll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.
We embrace and enhance emerging trends to create the most relevant and sustainable beauty products and experiences, making them accessible to each and everyone all around the world, thanks to the diversity of our brands and their communities.
Our Division has the world's #1 beauty brand in L'Oreal Paris, the #1 makeup brand in Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand in Garnier, as well as NYX Professional Make Up. Beyond our four iconic global brands, we have a unique brand portfolio including among others like Essie and Garnier.
You will
Implement Business Plans, following the company's strategy on counter and in store
Monitor and ensure achievement of set retail targets
Follow through on all promotional activity to ensure sales are maximised, stocks are at appropriate levels and high standards maintained
Liaise with in-store retail management and provide pro-active feedback to internal stakeholders, investigate and drive discussions on issues involving the accounts
Train BAs on new product launches and coach on make-up and selling skills
Provide and organise on counter coaching and assessments to drive development of retail sales employees
Carry out eventing in all stores to drive theatre and retail sales
Ensure high quality recruitment and select high calibre team members
Work with HR to conduct all formal processes within your region (NYX PMU)
Complete probation and performance reviews, payroll, and all other HR processes (NYX PMU)
Regularly feedback competitor's products and activity, communicating relevant information to line manage
Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the beauty market and staying on top of emerging trends
You are
Someone who loves brands and is excited by products, sales, service and also acts as a Brand ambassador. Alongside experience in a similar role, you should be confident that you can demonstrate all the following:
High organizational skills, have excellent time management and prioritization expertise
Great people management, mentoring, coaching, and teaching skills
The ability to work autonomously
The ability to manage complexity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven customer service and retail sales experience; within beauty ideally make-up
Good basic Make Up application & Artistry skills
