Are you ready to play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of those who serve our communities?

We're looking for a proactive and compassionate Occupational Health and Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated team at Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service.


This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your clinical expertise and passion for wellbeing will help shape a healthier, more resilient workforce. You'll be at the forefront of delivering occupational health services, supporting trauma recovery and promoting a culture of care and wellbeing.


About the Role




Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Audiometry Assessments Vision Screening Spirometry Assessments Blood Pressure, Urinalysis, and Cholesterol Tests Wellbeing Assessments Health Promotion Activities Fitness Testing Supporting our Trauma Support Team and Wellbeing Ambassadors




You will also:
Provide expert advice on fitness for work, sickness absence, and return-to-work processes. Coordinate referrals for physiotherapy, MRI scans, and specialist appointments. Assist in developing and updating occupational health policies. Deputise for the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager when required.




Key Requirements



Diploma/NVQ in social care or similar, with at least 2 years' experience in a clinical or care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice. Experience in health screening and individual case management. Knowledge of trauma-related issues including PTSD. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, self-motivated approach.
