We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in the UK. This role is crucial in promoting health and safety within our workforce, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and enhancing employee well-being. Responsibilities

Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees Provide advice on occupational health issues and workplace safety Develop and implement health promotion programs Monitor compliance with health regulations and standards Collaborate with management to create a safe working environment Maintain accurate health records and documentation Provide training on health-related topics to staff Support employees in managing work-related injuries or illnesses

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on occupational health Strong knowledge of patient care practices Familiarity with anatomy and physiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in maintaining confidential health records Experience in a corporate or industrial setting is a plus
