Overview

As a Occupational Health Therapist Jobs in Hanwell, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others in the area. We have a number of Occupational Health Therapist shifts available across different settings in Hanwell.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs. Develop and implement personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans. Support patients with strategies and adaptations to maximise independence in daily living. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and carers. Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports for care planning and progression.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration (or equivalent). Experience working in healthcare settings (hospital, community, or private practice). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and encourage patients. Computer literacy and ability to manage case notes effectively. All the necessary training certificates and documents that will be listed via email once application has been done.
