Work base: Coed Pella / Hybrid





The Vulnerable People Team support people that ordinarily sit outside mainstream services thus the people we work with have a diverse and vast range of needs and experiences. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting adults accessing the team by providing high-quality assessments and therapeutic interventions.


You will conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessments, developing and delivering individualised therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living and independence. You will collaborate closely with other Social Care Staff, statutory bodies, health teams and the Voluntary and Independent Sector to provide holistic support.


Applicants should have a professional Occupational Therapy Qualification e.g. Post Dip Occupational Therapy or a Degree in Occupational Therapy and must be registered with the HCPC. An Enhanced DBS certificate will be required for this post.





This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
