Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team on a self employed basis. You will be responsible for delivering Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) provision in schools around London.

We need someone who is able to travel to South East London, Croydon and and lives close by.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments for EHCP work Carry out EHCP provision in schools Complete annual review reports Complete termly reviews Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams which could include teachers, teaching assistants and other therapists. Develop or amend goals based on assessment findings. Be able to commit to up 7 hours during weekdays.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of EHCP scope of work Experience working in schools as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist Strong communications skills and ability to coordinate with schools and parents Excellent time management skills Ability and confidence in working independently
