Role Overview

We are seeking a

dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist

to join our North East team. You will work within your professional and regulatory boundaries to support individuals with a range of complex care and support needs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy in line with

HCPC

standards and

NICE

guidelines. Oversee clinical needs and care plans for individuals we support, ensuring safe and effective service delivery. Support the development and delivery of

bespoke supported care packages

, particularly for those with complex needs. Provide training to colleagues in both

mandatory

and

specialist areas

, ensuring staff are confident and competent in their roles. Collaborate with Service Managers, Team Leads, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Support Workers, delegating tasks where appropriate. Engage directly with individuals receiving support, their families, and relevant external professionals and commissioners. Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a high standard of care and compliance. Support internal audits and external inspections by adhering to company policies and contributing to quality standards.
