Join an all-through Special Free School for children with autism. The school provides high levels of therapeutic support and excellent teaching, helping pupils achieve their potential and prepare for training, employment, or further education.

This role is part of a dedicated team building a culture where every pupil can thrive. The approach is rooted in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), with each pupil's potential at the heart of the work.

What You'll Do

Work with teachers, behaviour analysts, therapists, and parents to support pupils. Collaborate with staff to reduce barriers to learning. Provide high-quality therapeutic support to meet individual needs. Contribute to the development of a provision aiming for Outstanding.

What We're Looking For

A practitioner who is good or aspiring to be outstanding. High expectations of self and others. Passion for supporting children with autism to succeed. Ambition to extend communication opportunities for pupils. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in partnership with others. Drive, enthusiasm, and a clear vision for achieving excellence.
