Job Description

Job Role Summary The post holder will offer a high standard of evidence based occupational therapy in the service area. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary/multi agency team within the rotational specific service areas. Be a positive role model to all staff. To be responsible for own autonomous practice and ensure effective patient/client care is maintained.

Attend and engage in Band 5 meeting and engage in CPD opportunities and reflective practice. Engage in the Trust Preceptorship Academy as requested. The post holder will offer a high standard of evidence based occupational therapy, working as part of a multi-disciplinary/multiagency team within a specific service area. To be responsible for own autonomous practice and ensure effective patient/client care is maintained.
