We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and compassionate healthcare team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by supporting their recovery and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
Assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to develop tailored intervention plans that promote independence and daily living skills. Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions, including adaptive techniques, assistive technology, and therapeutic activities. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to achieve holistic care and rehabilitation goals. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure the best possible outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical records, complete risk assessments, and adhere to professional and organisational standards.

Essential requirements:

Degree in Occupational Therapy. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience working with diverse client groups, including those with physical, mental health, or developmental needs. Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience in a clinical or community setting is preferred.
