This team provide short, intensive, activation focussed interventions to support service users to increase, reconnect to, or initiate activities of meaning to support recovery from a period of mental health distress.The team is embedded in the AMHT working alongside the core delivery led key workers, team managers, psychology delivery and the medical team to support service user recovery.Part of the role is collecting evidence to support the local evaluation of the reablement model using a combination of patient reported outcome measures, wellbeing scales and occupational therapy assessments. You will contribute to collecting the evidence for the value of embedding this model within our local delivery alongside providing wider evidence for the effectiveness of occupational therapists in community mental health.Main duties of the jobThe Band 5 Reablement Occupational Therapist will (with the support and supervision of Band 6 member of the team)
