An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band A/B Occupational Therapists to join our Community Teams across South Nottinghamshire and Bassetlaw. Are you a passionate and self-driven Occupational Therapist looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We're excited to invite qualified Band A/B OTs to join our dynamic and forward-thinking teams across South Nottinghamshire and Bassetlaw.

Our Adult All Age Service, launched in 2025, is a pioneering model that supports adults of all ages in a truly integrated way. We're shaping a future where Occupational Therapy is delivered in the most empowering and least intrusive way possible--focusing on people's strengths, assets, and community resources.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in delivering a wide range of impactful services, including:

Equipment provision and moving & handling support

Optimising care and promoting independence

Rehousing and facilitating major/minor adaptations

Working in partnership with Social Work colleagues to reduce reliance on care through early intervention and creative OT solutions

You'll also collaborate with housing providers, health professionals, equipment suppliers, and other agencies to ensure holistic, person-centred support.

What We Offer:

A supportive environment that values your professional growth

Ongoing CPD opportunities and career development

A chance to be part of a multi-skilled, innovative workforce

The opportunity to shape how Occupational Therapy is delivered in a modern, integrated adult social care service

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Occupational Therapists registered with RCOT and HCPC

Strong ICT skills and the ability to manage your own caseload

A creative, solution-focused mindset and the ability to motivate others

Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, specialist equipment, DFG processes, and moving & handling (desirable)

We would like to hear from if you are either an experienced Occupational Therapist or a newly qualified worker as the team has the scope to provide suitable work experience wherever you are in your career. We offer a supported year in employment for newly qualified therapists. Band B applicants must demonstrate at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, including work with major adaptations and moving & handling.

This is a chance to be part of a service that's transforming how we support adults in our communities. If you're ready to bring your energy, expertise, and creativity to a team that values innovation and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you!
