The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist and be expected to work under their own initiative to manage a non-complex caseload of community patients appropriate to the role. You will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, show initiative and team spirit as well as be committed to patient care. You will be flexible and able to work in a variety of locations in South Staffordshire. An understanding of assessment and rehabilitation appropriate to the role is essential as are good IT skills, knowledge and understanding of criteria for equipment provision.
