Are you a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapy Manager looking to lead a high-performing team? The London Borough of Newham is seeking a permanent Occupational Therapy Team Manager to join our Older People and Disabilities division, of Adult Social Care. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage and develop a team of qualified and non-qualified staff delivering high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services to disabled adults and older people. You will provide professional leadership, drive service improvements, and ensure that residents are supported to live as independently as possible. Working closely with the Principal Occupational Therapist, you will help shape the future of our service through strategic development and operational excellence.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for workforce planning, supervision, performance management, and ensuring compliance with national legislation and local policies. You'll bring a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding, and risk management, along with a commitment to equality, diversity, and continuous professional development.
