Ocean Freight Export Specialist

to lead their export operations. This is a key role for someone looking to take full ownership of a department within a dynamic and growing international logistics business.

About the Role:

As the Ocean Freight Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ocean export logistics. From completing CDS export entries to coordinating with co-loaders and using shipping line portals, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of global shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end ocean freight export processes Complete and manage CDS export entries Work with co-loaders and manage bookings through shipping line portals Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant Liaise with internal teams and clients to maintain efficient operations Take full responsibility for your department's output and performance

Requirements:

Proficiency in BoxTop and ASM Sequoia systems Strong knowledge of CDS export procedures Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload Self-motivated and capable of working independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
