Office-Based Sales Representative

to join our growing team in

Rochester, Kent

This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for sales, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing inbound sales enquiries, maintaining client accounts, and proactively driving revenue growth--all from our Rochester head office.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are motivated by targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving licence and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities



Handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries Proactively generating new leads and converting them into sales Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts Upselling and cross-selling ice products and services Maintaining accurate records using internal systems/CRM Supporting logistics with customer order coordination Contributing to sales strategies and business growth targets

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles, preferably within a technical or industrial sector. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Valid driving licence with reliable access to a vehicle for client visits. Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour. Good IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple clients and tasks. Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst maintaining team collaboration when necessary. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in sales while contributing directly to the growth of our organisation through strategic client engagement and relationship management.

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
