We're looking for a proactive Accounts/Office Manager to join our team
Duties
You'll manage financial processes using Sage, with key responsibilities in CIS, VAT returns, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CIS and VAT submissions using Sage
Manage Payroll and pensions using Payroll Manager
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
Adapt to new responsibilities as the business grows
Requirements:
Experience in accounts management (construction industry preferred)
Proficiency in Sage, CIS, VAT
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to take on new responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00 per year
