The company are currently seeking a
motivated and bubbly Office Admin Apprentice
to join their friendly and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's eager to gain hands-on experience in a growing and exciting business.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Deal with customer and client emails, developing positive relationships
Handle job bookings both face-to-face and via phone/email
Work as part of a close-knit team while also supporting others
Use your initiative to solve problems and deal with customer concerns calmly and professionally
Manage stock levels and place orders as needed
Enter data into Sage Cloud with a high level of accuracy
Skills & Knowledge:
Bubbly and friendly personality
- a warm and professional approach is essential as the first point of contact
Eagerness to learn and contribute
- must be enthusiastic, pro-active, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on own initiative
- confident in handling tasks independently and solving problems as they arise
Customer service or office experience
- any previous experience in a similar setting is highly beneficial
Computer literacy
- confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software such as Sage Cloud
Excellent oral and written communication skills
- clear and professional communication is key
Team player
- must be reliable, supportive, and able to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team
Good attention to detail
- especially for data entry and record-keeping task

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
