Job description
We have a position for a part time admin & accounts role. We're a small but close team, we specialize in supplying quality used plant and machinery.
This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a staff team that is fair, friendly and supportive. We also run a clean & tidy environment to 5S standards.
Looking for 3-4 hours per day Mon-Fri. Can be flexible when these hours are done.
The salary for this role depends on your experience and qualifications.
You will need flexibility and a willingness to do whatever is required to support the business.
We work with various construction equipment such as the below.
1.5t to 15ton diggers
Wheeled dumpers
Telehandlers
Skidsteers
3CX diggers
Your role will include tasks like the below
Creating and sending sales invoices
Adding purchase invoices to our system
Adding machines onto our online management tool
Labelling up equipment when it enters our yard
Adding machines for sale onto our website
Tagging bank payments to invoices and keeping the bank reconciled
Potential to get more hands on with the machinery if interested
