Responsibilities
o To provide administration services
To provide general office support services
To relay communications to appropriate parties
To ensure clients receive an excellent level of service
To ensure that all tasks are dealt with in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
To maintain a sound knowledge of company rules and procedures and to adhere to service standards laid down by the company
To keep up to date with office practice with particular emphasis on database and word processing software
To meet training and personal development targets agreed at annual appraisal
To contribute positively to the work environment by flexibly responding to the needs of the company and being supportive of your colleagues
.Support the logistics team by coordinating information flow related to freight distribution.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients.
Competence in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
