Manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects and general office administration.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value, quality, and compliance.
Collaborate with project and commercial teams to align procurement strategy with project timelines and budgets
Track market trends, materials costs, and supply risks to inform procurement decisions
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supply chain documentation
Support bid and tender processes with procurement input and supplier costing
Strong organisational skills and office administration experience.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in construction procurement and buying.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills
Understanding of construction supply chains, materials, and logistics
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
CIPS qualification or working towards it
Knowledge of NEC or JCT contract terms
