Job Description

We are seeking to hire an office administration assistant for a busy office.

We are an Embroidery and Printing Company providing workwear and branded clothing for businesses across the UK. We have a busy Retail Store in Duncrue industrial estate and a thriving E-Commerce website also.

Responsibilities include;

-Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and emails

-Processing sales orders and inputting them onto our system (Orderwise)

-Goods Despatch and customer contact (use of the DPD Shipping Portal)

-Providing information to internal departments regarding orders and products.

-dealing with queries for internal production departments.

The Applicant Must have relevant office experience in Microsoft Office Systems, outlook, Excel.

We would be looking for someone with good time management skills, organised and efficient.

A Pro active attitude is desired.

Good communication skills are essential.

Experience in Accounting packages preferable but full Training provided on the job.

The Role would be suited to someone well organised and outgoing.

We would ideally like to hire someone quite soon, we can arrange interviews in the next few days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour
