Job Description

Applications are invited for the post of Administrative Assistant to work on a part time basis at our car dealership in Burrelton near Coupar Angus.

Applicants should have experience of general accounting and administrative skills eg Purchase and Sales Ledger processes and queries and have an outgoing and friendly personality to deal with customer inquiries in person and on the phone. Experience of Sage accounting systems required. This is a varied and interesting role working in a small and courteous team. Pleasant office facilities This is a part time role and hours can be arranged to suit the successful applicant .

Applicants must have their own transport to travel to and from the office .and currently reside in the Perthshire and Angus areas.
