We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and possess strong organisational abilities.
```Responsibilities:```
- - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
-Provide general administrative support to the team
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
Pack orders for dispatch and check incoming orders for accuracy.
Make local deliveries in your own car.
Social media updates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with business principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
```Qualifications:```
- Proficient in using Google Suite.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is essential
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
Ability to manage own diary and prioritise workload
Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required
