Key Responsibilities:
Provide a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
Manage incoming and outgoing post and parcels with care and efficiency.
Maintain and update our booking system with daily case information.
Support our dental technicians with the smooth flow of cases through the laboratory.
About You:
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
