Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our friendly team in the UK. This vital role involves managing daily administrative tasks to support our company's mission of safety and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing.
Prepare reports and manage scheduling using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Support accounting processes using Sage Accounting.
Assist in inventory management and procurement activities.
Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures.
Ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with Sage is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of data entry procedures and clerical work.
Friendly demeanor with professional phone etiquette.
